i stipulated some rules for anyone who wish to consult or insult me, depend on the interviewer's mental faculty of reasoning, memory and comprehension. i do not foresee any troublesome nor difficulty to obey the rules and regulations as i required.

i am just trying to be honest and do hope that the comers will follow my rules when they come and consult / insult me, so why must someone make it an issue is really out of my apprehension. if you cannot obey the rules, then you still can consult me online, or through emailing, or through msn, or through letter, or during the time when we meet, etc. there are so many ways to communicate, so i never think it is an issue to anyone or anybody.

it is not the rules and regulations are the issue, but the basic mutual respect that i am seeking for. the logic is simple, just as in your house, i am sure you have certain rules or laws or regulations or order that never written in black and white, but it is a norm or a culture or convention. it is just as simple as certain people will pray before the meal. that is it. so what is the reason that one seems to be so alien with the rules and regulations that i stipulated base on the basic common senses.

homo sapiens are very complicated creature. we ( i am in the same domain down to species) always jump to conclusion (even we possess the most powerful analytical thinking) before we get to know or realize the truth story, what we do is just listen to others (the worse is only listen to one side) and never ever try to figure out the truth and pronounce the judgement. we always say we are against unfairness, but deep inside our inner and through our behaviour, do we really show to the world at large that we practice fairness and protect the basic rights? the action always negate the speak, as i can see and tell.

i avowed that the covenant may sound tedious and obstreperous, but isn't it everything is a ball and chain game. we are bound to all sort of rules, include the nature rules that no one can escape. to adhere the rules is to respect the policy. it is better to let the others know about what you like and what you dislike and from there we can build the mutual respect, better than any prickly situation arise.

no one ever hold his horses to scrutinize all the printed black alphabets. waiting for the cow to come back to peruse the orders and anon only you pronounce your judgement. please be attentive plus heedful add assiduous times intent integrate with alert to observe every single alphabets that built the words and to fathom the intention and policies behind the black inked. do not feel hesitate to consult me if you cannot perceive the logic gates function of the printed circuit. it is not a tome, but only a piece of paper.
