what a day
just now i went to refill my car petrol, i heeded that there was a BMW waiting after me. after finished the process then i just walked off to make payment. the moment i returned to my car, the old lady was somehow yelling at me, at that material time i was totally unaware that she was actually yelling at me and asking me to make a way actually. i am an obtuse fellow as some of you may get to know.
anon i just laid my ass down the chair then the old jerk started to honk at me from the back. i have no idea since when i offended her. everything was fine, don't worry, i am well educated and civilized, not like some apes veiled in human skin.
she was yelling and complaining to the station assistant as i could see (the body language) from my rear mirror and heard her voice. so i decided to refill my tires then i returned and parked beside her to ask for reasons why she was yelling at me. you know what?
her reason was "you finished filled up your petrol, then you should removed your car in order to let other to do the business, don't you see that i am waiting behind you?"
my answer was simple ( in order to make some down syndrome retarded creature to understand me):" if i finished my business and i drive off, what if the assistant misinterpret that i am going to walked off without payment?"
**and isn't it normal and general for people (or human being) to refill then only walk (or wiggle in her case i think) to make payment?**
she replied me : " you can drive over there and make your payment."
then i continued to ask her if i somehow offended her and i want to know the reason, if it is my mistake, i am willing to apologize.
she replied "no no, you are not wrong, you should drive aside, you are wasting my time, you must realize people are waiting behind you." the pitch was so low compare to previously she was like acting in the chinese opera.
"aunty, if you were to say like this, then just now there was another aunty is even worse then me, after she refilled the gas she some more cleaning her windscreen and checking for water, why not you go and scold her then?", i just posted my question to her.
what she replied really almost cause me a choke. "there is no one behind her, so it is different case."
so my turn to talk, "is there any difference if there is anyone behind her or not? there is a few empty lane as well, if you are really in a rush, then why not you remove your car to another lane? is it my fault to make payment after i done?"
she replied "no no no, you are not at fault" in the mean time she was like seeing a ghost and got in the car and drove off swiftly.
my god, i didn't even finish my speech yet, i still have a lot of questions that i want to post to her and clarify out the situation. you know my bird brain cannot process the issues so fast and i do need some times to lay down my dubiety and present them eloquently.
i failed to figure out the rationale why she just couldn't hold her horses and yelling at me. am i so annoyed?
based on her reasoning, i have a few doubts,
(i) "don't you see that i am waiting behind you" if so, consider the scenarios below:
(1) then after the patient undergo the operation and he should "carry" himself to the ward without the assistance from nurse and doctor, because other patients are waiting for the following operation as well.
(2) after you drive in to buy McD, then you must move your ass off aside as soon as possible because there are others waiting at the back
(ii) the station did provide two gas pump, and my car was at the first allotment, actually 40% of my turtle car was outside the box (in front), so she should be able to refill her car if she wanted to. i asked the question to her "you still can refill your car even my one in front." she just answered me "cannot cannot, my car is too long, the pipe (?) is not long enough to reach my car." oh my god, her BMW was just a 318 series, model year 92/93, the length is 4325mm or 170.3in, how "long" is it? i can refill my uncle's 7 series BMW, 5029mm or 198in without any problem and my own Accord, she can't? excuse me, i am not discriminate the disable, mentally or physically. there are another 3 lanes there, why must she insist to follow after me? and when the engineer design the allotment and the gas station, don't you think they take into account all these factors before they come out the layout and build?
(ii) is it a must or statutorily imposed or implied that everyone must drive off aside in order to let the follower to do the business? is it a necessity? under which statute?
(iii) or it is the privilege enjoyed by the luxury cars and the ordinary cars MUST make way for them? under which provision?
(iv) assuming i really did wrong and offended her, don't you think i should at least have a chance to defense myself before any verdict return?

Article 1: everyone entitle to enjoy his Convention Rights
Article 5: everyone do have rights to enjoy freedom,
Article 6: everyone do entitle to a fair trial, ( i have right to defense myself)
Article 10: everyone enjoy the rights or freedom to express
Article 14: everyone has the right to be not discriminated (in my case is BMW over Savvy)
(v) and regarding the fact "there is no one behind her, it is different case."
so directly implied that, e.g.:
(1) if you finished fill up the gas and the assistance is not around, then please walk off because its not your fault, the burden bear on the assistance because he failed to present himself and collect the payment from you
(2) if police is not around then the laws and regulations are absence, simply because they don't apply without their presence
(vi) the fact "don't you see i am waiting behind you?"
is it a must that after i done my business i MUST look to the back? my car is moving forward, why i MUST look to the back? even it is impossible that i won't realize her existence, but is it necessary? what is the rationale?
(vii) "you should drive aside, you are wasting my time, you must realize people are waiting behind you."
(1) my turtle car is only 1200cc, and it is half full actually. assuming i took 10 minutes to fill up the car, then you started to yell. if just now i were driving BMW 4200cc (my uncle's car), or if i were driving my dad's lorry, then are you going to whack me? or are you going to run over me?
every time when you go to gas station (or else where), ain't you psychologically prepared that there must be some people and you might encounter a queue? unless you are mentally retarded or disordered.
(ii) even i realize there is something behind me, but can i control the speed of the pump? i am totally have no control but to wait for it to be done, right? should i be blamed over what is fall beyond my ability?
(viii) "you can drive over there and make your payment."
(1) the very first thing, why should I? i have no legal obligation to drive there and make payment, since i am not handicap like some creature, i prefer to walk.
(2) "can" means i have an option, and i have the right to choose. if you were to compel me to do it, then you are infringing my civil right, you are implying coercion on me. what are you?
(3) it is just a convention then statutory provision that i must go there and make payment, i can just stand there and ask the assistance to collect the payment from me while i am waiting inside my car, then what are you going to do?
(ix) even if you hold a datukship or whatever, you don't enjoy privilege at gas station. everyone is equal before law. you and me just having the equal footing, legally. even you are Mosaic Down, you still have your rights, but may be you just don't know.
(x) if someone is really offended you, then must you yell? you can speak? or even talk? in a proper way? in a civilize way? are you a kind of civilized barbarian that that used to be barbaric?
(i am not referring the lady, don't get me wrong when i mention about retarded, barbarian, apes, something and so on, i am not here to offense anyone.)
sometimes God is very unjust and fair, some people are so handsome / beautiful and perfect from every aspect, but some creatures are just so annoying, irritating and disgusting in outlook, appearance and characteristics.
but thanks to them, because of them then making us outstanding and learn to appreciate ourselves. we should not wish them to vanish from this world, because they make us realize that imperfection, flaw and defective things make this world more adventurous, without them, life will be very bore and dull.
they make the perfectionist to appreciate the imperfection, and let us have a chance to show our kindness that we allow them to live in our mercy, sympathy and provide a stage for us to show our kindness on the pathetic creatures.

If I WERE you, for sure I will yell back at her and said "Hello aunty! If you are so impatient to wait for the queue and since you ARE SO RICH ma (can drive BMW), why don't you open one your own Petrol Station at your home for your personal use?" Sometimes I feel I very bad temper and impatient towards this kind of ppl one.. :P But you unlucky lor.. Meeting this kind ppl..
I remembered last time I met a crazy fellar behind me, also drove BIG CAR (if i still remember was volvo one). I stopped at traffic light and during that time was red color so what happend was I was the first car stopped there and that fellar was the car after me. He kept on horn me to ask me to move. CRAZYYY!! RED light!! He horn me asked me to go.. I didn't bother him/her (gender of driver also dunno)...
Another funny case i heard from my dad is his colleague from Traffic dept once told him about the accident police report that was made. Again the incident was at traffic light again. First car was BIG car four wheel drive, and second car was normal car (not so sure what car was that). Again, that crazy second car kept on horn to ask first big car to move (during that time also red light). That big car cannot tahan, in the end he directly reverse the car and langgar that second car. Then first car went to make police report to say that second car langgar his back side.
My purpose telling you this is that I hope that this old lady will meet with another barbaric ppl just like that four wheel drive driver that i mentioned just now. She will have her karma. Just forget about her and continue on with your petrol pumping. As I said, if she so rich and impatient to wait, ask her go ahead and open her own petrol station at home. This kind ppl rich only, but irrespect and very ego.
March 6, 2009 at 11:40 PM actually i was thinking of reversing my car and hit her, but my mum was inside the car by that time, so i stopped myself. i was trying to talk to her in English because in that sense the assistance will comprehend the conversation and i was actually trying to make her makes some statements which i can later file a civil suit against her for defamation.
for me, i don't really bother whether you are fat wallet or not, after all you are still a human being or sycophant, the attitude and manner are the issues that make the difference, either i should treat you as a human being or bacteria.
i am definitely won't yell at her because i don't think she can comprehend. can you ever talk to a fly or virus or mosquito? absolutely you can't, right? what you have to do is just wait for it to stop, then you smash it into juice.
i do belief in karma. for her, i just wish her to be reborn as a human again very soon, i am not cursing her to die, just as being a human then she will have a chance to learn the lesson. assuming she were to reborn to be a mosquito, what lesson can she learn? so i am generous enough to pray for her to reborn as a human again.
if she never learn, then i do hope she will end her life very soon, by mean of disaster or by people whacking her to final breath. the lesson will be a hard one, but if she will learn (i doubt it), then everything is worth it. may Demon end her life soon.
i can't figure out why she was in such a hurry, there are a lot possibilities there :
(i) whether she were on period and she forgot to carry a pad with her
(ii) she were a prostitute that is rushing for a customer
(iii) she were experiencing diarrhea
(iv)she were somehow like people to whack her, as you know, some people do enjoy sadomasochism
(v)she were having a cancer with her, so every single minute count
(vi)maybe she were running off from someone, maybe someone were trying to end her life since she were kind of barbaric and likes to offense people
(vii) she were running away from loan shark
(viii) merely to gain attention so that everyone will notice her "LONG" + "OLD" BMW, but actually i thought it was a car carrying the coffin will be the longest one?
(ix) the car was actually stolen good and she was trying to escape as soon as possible? but if it were the case, don;t you think stealing an old BMW is really idiot and moron?
(x) or maybe she is trying to train me to be patient? but referring to her weird face, i don't think so.
there are too many possibilities to conclude the circumstances. if i were her, for certain i won't dare to drive that kind of BMW (assuming i never have one before) and come out at night. don't you think you should put your safety in the first place? you were damn rich to own an "OLD + LONG" BMW, you are not scare that you might be kidnapped for ransom of a banana? but seriously after put into consideration of her attitude and body measurement and face, i can concluded that she is very safe compare to others, only she is the one that will post a threat of life to others beside herself.
she should be deport and dispose to other galaxy and she earn no right to live in this lovely land. she is not belonging here. virus and bacteria indubitably earns more rights than she does to live here, on Earth.
