i just brought up the issue in order for us to have some "nice" brain storming here. i don't have to calm myself cause i am not victimized. business is good or not is not the issue, but the principle that you uphold must be correct and rational. if there is any making sense rationale, i would like to hear it and try to convince me that you have a right to do so. there are some countries in this world which implement a lot of ridiculous rules and regulations, and there are some unreasonable creatures practicing some senseless ritual as well.

i do like argument if the argument will flourish one knowledge and brighten myself as bright as a button. contradictory, if the argument just reach no where and merely poking a monkey out of oneself, then i would rather end the session and seek for a rest. argument if conducted and guided in such a proper and regulated manner will definitely benefits to all participants. forum, seminar, workshop and talk all conducts in this fashion to evoke and embark new critical thinking, if you are thinking of argument is equivalent to quarrel, then i am sorry to say that you are having a wrong perception and understanding. words can kill and heal, so do argument.

i do savor argument if in the end of the days i can benefit myself from it. on the other hand, i will never relish the argument that merely like a children quarreling and return nothing but wasting of life and time. rationale and logic, practicality and justice are those that i am looking into. i am not trying to cast a pearl before a swine. if you do serve mineral water and the reason that you do not provide "sky juice" is because at least if a customer order a mineral water, then you will make your money from it then everything is just fine for me. everyone running a business to make money, not to make fun and argument. if you do not serve sky juice because you provide something which is better and you were trying to promote that beverage, then that is absolutely fine. gear up yourself and go ahead.

when the customer just asked for a reason which is rationale to accept, and if you were a responsible and dedicated restaurant runner, you should eloquently express yourself and echo your stance. unless and until your reason is base on funny ideology and it is not commonly accepted by public, i think no one will try to seek a trouble with you. i encountered the same experience before when i paid a visit to KL, and i did accept the offer with open arms. the reason is very simple, because the boss managed to convinced me with his opinion. he is such a brilliant gentlemen. in my fellow friend's case, if the bossy servant were to be like him, everything will be overcome will a perfect panacea.

customer is king, this is the golden rule in business realm since mankind evolve and involve in business world. don't judge a book by its cover, you will never know who is entering your business premise. you should never try to rock the boat. some people just take commend as like water off a duck's back and make no changes. this kind of people just catalyst the cancer within themselves and killing them in a slow and silent mode.

just ask yourself, would you like to pay for unpleasant service? it is exceptional case if you do enjoy sadomasochism and you are excited about it. loose lips sink ships, if you were to show your arrogant to customer who is your king, and eventually when you realize the rats abundant the sinking ship, everything is too late by then and you can only cry for the moon.

for myself, once i got offended, i will never ever return to the shop again, unless and very exceptional occasion then i will do so, the chances are to reach a star. just weigh the gravity at hand, customer is representing lucre, arrogant is representing pride and dignity, if you were a smart businessman, you should know which one to forgo.

once again, i am not to invoke argument, and definitely not to provoke and offend anyone. curiosity killed the cat, i do understand the idiom well, i am not trying to set up a fire, but to seek and search for some reasonable explanations. that is all i am asking for. hopefully i will get some bright fella to enlighten me, better than looking upon the stars and seek for God bless whim.
