Finally!!
Yes, finally i had made up my mind to terminate the phone and internet service. i did not enjoy the benefits from the above mentioned service back to march until hitherto. when i was there, the staff kept asking me whether i lodge any report or complain, did i call up and ask the technician to come over and troubleshoot and so on. i think some of us did have the experience for the so called "technical support system", it is a very great system indeed, and the idea is brilliant, just that for my particular case, it seems helpless. since i put a fullstop for the service, just wait and see if there is another company that can supply a better services to fulfill /satisfy a fussy customer like me.
