Positive working attitude
sometimes i wonder how positive will you define as positive? when the results are too good, the boss will doubt it, when the results are too bad then the boss will highlight you as ineffective + inefficient, and when the results are just as usual then the boss will seek for explanation for improvement. if you are such a genius as you describe yourself is, then why not you come out a formula for us to follow, a solution for us to overcome the problem once and for all, a decision that can make us follow without any question. i will be very appreciate if the top management can come out a solution, instead of throwing the ball around and seeking for someone to blame for. i can see there is no professionalism in this department as everyone is trying to throw the workload to others, but frankly speaking, then what the hack are you doing here? if you are so incapable to run your job, then mights well resign and seek for some other jobs, why want to show us your incapability and laugh at you at the back? computer line is never an easy line, it must be up to date from time to time, you have to make yourself have the latest information and updated if you want to survive in this line, is not the matter because you are the big boss and let the subordinates to run the jobs for you. even you are the big boss, so what? you can always hire someone else with the salary you offer, but have you ever think of the consequences? when the experience worker resign, together with him he will bring the customers with him. who want to send the computer to a new bird to diagnose and fix? the old person only need 3 hours to solve my problems, but the new bird maybe will take double the time just to diagnose the computer. i also feel more comfortable to serve by old people that i know. knowledge is a matter that you have to consider, but the relationship between the workers and customers is the cornerstone that build your business, if you cannot satisfy your staff and make them feel like home in company, then can you satisfy your customers? i admit i am not good in management, but PR for me is not really a big deal. Why the workers never goes to you when they have problems? do you ever think of this? because you always throw back the ball to them, but for me, i always stay with them and work as a team to find out the problems and troubleshoot. forget about your status as a boss, we should make it a family, but relationship like a king and slave. you will never make it. if a worker is planning to resign, try to hold him and ask the reasons, but i think if you are really a good boss and never acts like a big bossy boss, no one will resign and leave the company. try to mix into the family, dude. no one is perfect, even you also make mistake, the most importance thing is how to fix the mistake and improve it, and how to make an unsatisfied customer become a loyal customer to you, all this need wisdom, and reading definitely helps a lot. so why you want to pick the mistake from them? even it is just a very small matter? talk to them and solve the problems with them, then you will gain not only knowledge, but also respect.
