It is time to put an end to the anarchy, and it is time to let the voices of freedom echoes loud in air. Freedom is a necessity, it is not something in Pandora Box. We been chained ourselves to the trait laws for too long, and it is time to make a revolution, remember, society need to evolve, so do the laws. That is how animal civilization develop. But we cannot deny, there is always a limitation for everything, including freedom. No one can hath absolute freedom. No one is above the laws. No one enjoys immunity from laws, not even the King of the day. When someone is threatening National Security of Animal Kingdom, he should present before court, per Article 6 of European Communities of Horses Rights, everyone deserve to have a fair trial, and this is the basic horses rights for everyone. Presumption of innocent is upheld until the jurors return the verdict of guilt. Then only the court of the day will pronounce the judgment. ISA (Insane Stupefied Actions) obviously is a total contrary and violate the Horses Rights Acts 1998, yet still it is enforceable til the very day.
