According to wikipedia, SC , social contract implies that the people give up some rights to a government and other authority in order to receive or jointly preserve social order. democracy, DC, is a form of government in which the supreme power is held completely by the people under a free electoral system. it is an utopia for certain people, at least including myself.

today, as a sycophant of this planet, i witnessed a miracle. at the very first time, rational judicious prudent residents had made up their decision. this awaken me to realize that there is still a nation which uphold and practice the true democracy. at one time i gave up faith and incertitude the existence of the true democracy. now, everything is no longer in mist. the dawn of hope eventually arrived. statue of liberty can stand up proud and haughty. yeah, it is the time to show off to the world your true color.

no one is as free as a bird, everything is a ball and chain. no one is suppose to be over and above the laws. only when a country practice an independence and separation of powers, and the judiciary is segregate from the executive and legislature, the genuine rule of law will be guaranteed. the question is, there are too many type of laws that is practicing at the moment, e.g. rule of aristocrat's laws, rule of jungle's laws, rule of arbitrary laws and rule of no laws. in certain kingdom, legislature is exercising the legislation and litigation at the same time, the executive is executing and prosecuting contemporary, both happening parallel in time. this is astonishing, isn't it? (multitasking?)

integrity, transparency, honesty, and whatever words ended with-y is it, is merely an empty slogan which promise a moon. the talk never walk, they are just the cock of the walk. more and more exuberant high-rise being build to flamboyant over the pelf. morality and consciences no longer as the cornerstone of the building of society, theological humanitarianism is not the foundation of community anymore. Lucre is the only keystone to yardstick one's success. Morality virtues are just a fart and farce.

even the dawn is coming, and darkness is being cast away, it is still a long journey to go. the future is yet an unknown and uncertain. even though the hope might be frail, but it is rugged to kill. may the fire of passion keep burning and hand in hand we shall build the Babylon.
